Really impressed with the upgrades! Rooms look fresh with new flooring and equipment. Way better than my last stay. It’s clear that management has invested in improving the guest experience, and I definitely appreciated the effort. My stay felt more relaxing, and the updated room features made it much better than before. I’ll be happy to come back here again on my next trip.

We checked in very late at of driving in town for the IU/Ohio state game, and despite the hour, Joe at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were settled. He took the time to explain the WiFi codes and even showed us exactly how to adjust the heat in our rooms so we would be comfortable. When we came back down later realizing we didn’t have any ice, he immediately got some for us—top-notch service! The hotel itself looks fantastic after the remodel. You can really tell the difference with the brand new TVs and the beds were super comfortable. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and a noticeably freshly stocked cupboard. It’s rare to find such a nice facility paired with such genuinely helpful staff on the night shift

The staff was extremely friendly. There was another customer On the phone Speaking very vulgar and left me a little bit uncomfortable. The additional locks to the room did not work, but I placed a piece of furniture in front of the door and it was OK

First let me say that this is a family owned hotel and I love that. The staff is very attentive to any needs you may have and are also ready to fix any issues with your stay. This has been a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly and comfortable stay. They are in the process of renovating and updating the rooms which is GREAT! They keep the rif raff out and keep a clean hotel! This little business needs our help to keep thriving so YES I recommend staying here to anyone

Nice and clean rooms! The king size bed was comfortable the water pressure in the shower was great!!! Easy to find, surrounded by many places to eat! Great experience!!! The lobby was beautiful with all the plants and the person at the front desk was extremely friendly!

This is a budget hotel and with that I am rating it higher because for a budget hotel it was great. It is a not frills location but it does have some great perks. It is located by a fairly large selection of food and if what is at this location is not enough you can go up another exit and find a bunch more. The staff at check in was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with both a desk and a chair besides the two beds. Speaking of beds they were super comfortable. I like a slightly firm bed and that is exactly what they provided. The air worked great keeping the room cool, It has a large tv, fridge, microwave, and small one cup coffee pot. They also provide free wifi and it worked great and was fairly fast. Overall it was a quiet and comfortable stay.

It was clean but the layout was a bit odd. The shower and toilet are in a separate room but the sink and mirror are in the mini hall when you walk in the door and there was not a light. The only real negative would be how cold the hallways are kept.
